The new Indian ambassador to Azerbaijan Sanjay Rana has assumed office.
Today, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received letters of credence of the ambassador.
During the conversation with him President Aliyev pointed to developing Azerbaijani-Indian partnership. He called economy, energy, trade, education, culture as promising areas for bilateral cooperation. In his opinion, promotion of investments, creation of joint ventures and development of trade turnover will assist to the development of relationships.
